**About the Radiology Department**:
Our administration team is one of the largest in the hospital and handles close to 500 scans per day. We provide administrative support, including patient reception and bookings, electronic and manual file management, typing, data entry, results distribution and billing services to the Austin Health Radiology division.

**About the role**:
As part of the radiology billing team, you will work collaboratively with other staff members within the department to ensure day to day billing processes are completed

A regular day will see you:

- Handle validations of all modalities
- Be familiar with medicare rules
- Assist with audits or maintaining billing documentation when directed

**About you**:
You will be a dynamic, vibrant and highly organised team member who enjoys high attention to detail and has the ability to share this enthusiasm with your team. You will have excellent communication skills and strong general administrative skills, having gained relevant experience in a fast-paced and high volume environment.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Selection Criteria Essential: High volume data entry and analysis skills in an accurate and time efficient manner
Essential: Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
Essential: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with high emphasis on excel use and excellent general IT skills
Desirable: Previous experience and knowledge of hospital and medical billing processes
