**The Opportunity**
My client continues to roll out innovative retail projects that bring a new edge to the neighborhoods they are located in. The modern appearance and well-thought-out tenant mix of each of their projects have resulted in raised revenue for these centres, plus resulted in an influx of new work. As such they are currently looking to onboard a new retail leasing executive.

**Duties will include**:

- Prepare and distribute various reports
- Follow up tenant enquiries
- Prepare and distribute mail outs to secure new tenants
- Manage database
- Extensive market research on competing centres and sites
- Conduct strategic reviews of current & potential tenants
- Negotiate lease terms & conditions
- Assist with the development of tenancy & rental plans
- Negotiate incentive payments with tenants

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Proven experience with using property databases and software programs
- Highly organised, excellent communication skills and advanced computer skills
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or leasing role within the property industry
- Demonstrated experience achieving performance targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Professionalism and persistence
- Degree qualified favorable
