About the opportunity

ISPT has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Executive that is sales driven with a passion for property to join our team.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within the leasing market, creating, building and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing new business leads, develop leasing strategies that support the Investment Plan and negotiating and securing market leading deal terms.

About you

3-5 years’ leasing experience within the Retail property industry

Have strong knowledge and understanding of retail markets and hierarchy of properties, tenants and owners within the industry

In depth knowledge of retail tenant mix, market assessment capability

Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate/Property/Finance are desirable

Excellent negotiation skills and thinking i.e, analyse and negotiate favourable outcomes

Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship-building skills

Solid MS Office skills with a strong financial acumen to maximise leasing returns and contribute to annual budgeting
