**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking a Retail Leasing Executive to join our team at JLL. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-regarded blue-chip client with a national portfolio.
You will form part of the national retail leasing team and will assist in the lease renewals, negotiation, relocations, and refurbishments of your assigned portfolio.
This role is required on our client’s site in their premium office in the Sydney CBD. There is hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 days from home).
**Snapshot of the role**:
Assist in negotiating retail lease transactions
Support the management and execution of property and leasing services
Help secure leases and incentives for renewals, relocations, and refurbishments
Contribute to developing and implementing strategies for optimal client outcomes
Maintain accurate databases and assist with lease administration
Participate in market research to stay informed about local developments
Support client relationship management and service delivery

**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualifications with relevant State Real Estate Licence/Sub-Agents Licence
2-3 years of relevant commercial leasing experience, ideally in retail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels
Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within an ever-changing environment.
Ability to multi-task and work with competing / tight operational deadlines
Sound IT proficiency including MS Office Suite
