Our client is a multi-faceted privately-held property owner specialising in acquisition, property development, repositioning, finance and asset management. A clear leader in their space, they have been operating nationwide for over a decade and focus on retail (predominantly) and commercial assets

**The Role**:
With an ever-expanding portfolio, they are offering an opportunity for an experienced Leasing Executive to step client-side and work closely with their high-performing team and two inspiring Directors.

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants that are targeted specifically to create the right tenancy balance and shopping experience for their neighbourhoods
- Negotiate to close out leases on vacancies
- Track expiries and manage renewals
- Monitor trends and track movements in rental values
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Property

**About You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Be fully conversant in all facets of retail leasing
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- Driver’s License and reliable car
