**The Opportunity**

Work with a reputable real estate group who are committed to career growth of all their team members and passionate about property management. They are a customer service driven organization who is dedicated about upskilling their team and provide the best Property Management technology. **The Role**

This role provides for a very busy but exciting office and the energy is always electric with the celebration of a sale.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare authorities and listing presentations
- Entering all new contracts into the system to generate letters to solicitors
- Updating and tracking all sales information
- Marketing material, boards and floor plans
- Compiling figures for commissions
- Settlement confirmations
- Current Estate Agents License or Agents Representative Certificate
- Reliable Car and current Australian Driver’s License
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional and immaculate personal presentation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Mature-minded, with a dedication to on-going study and training
- Great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
- Natural people skills and the ability to build relationships
