Our client is Australia's largest, pre-eminent dealer in general, prestige, luxury and classic cars. Our client have experienced unprecedented growth and are not slowing down, with sites regularly opening across Australia, and consistent expansion across several channels.

They are currently seeking a new team member for an outbound sales and customer engagement based role, working with their dynamic sales department within Australia's largest pre-owned dealer group. Automotive experience is NOT essential as they will train you in all things Automotive

They are after someone who is bright, enthusiastic, has a great phone manner and is a great listener

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Work across warm sales and lead conversion, as well as customer engagement
- Making outbound phone calls and working directly with customers
- Understanding customer needs and working with them towards an outcome
- Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Maintain excellent customer service with a high-attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously accomplish your goals

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in a call center, sales or customer service role - we want a great attitude, friendly and engaging
- Strong communication skills, ability to assess customer needs quickly and efficiently
- Open to learning with a positive attitude, the ability to consult, liaise and problem solve as required
- Ability to provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers, personable, proactive and customer-focused
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
