THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our diverse team based in Adelaide, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bring your customer service skills and passion for helping people to learn to provide face to face support to injured workers as a Mobile Claims Specialist
- Through on the job and formalised training progress your understanding of legislation, policies, and processes through hands-on and formal learning.
- Grow your knowledge and capability to actively manage and implement strategies to achieve desirable claims outcomes
- Successfully complete the claim starter program within the set timeframe.
- Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies while accurately update claim files.
