Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to support a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will provide high quality early intervention and specialised service to workers and employers through personalised face-to-face assistance. This role will enable you to facilitate effective workplace co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work, promoting an injured worker’s recovery.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and drive RTW plans in conjunction with a variety of stakeholders to ensure RTW outcomes
- Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other technical and support experts to manage a portfolio of claims
- Conduct purposeful community-based visits inclusive of but not limited to worksites or medical clinics on initial triage of a claim and at significant milestones during the life of the claim
- Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand, ensuring both parties have an understanding of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and capacity

ABOUT YOU
- Passionate and committed with excellent communication to provide high-quality service in a face to face setting
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
- Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and quick response to changing situations
- Strong computer and records management skills
- Current driver’s license and a 4 star ANCAP rating vehicle
