**About the role**:
As the Manager Business Support, you will lead Parks Victoria in maturing its data and evidence base and it's use of software/technology in asset management decision making. Reporting to the Senior Manager Asset Planning you will have the opportunity to influence the implementation of AMIS as the organisation matures in its asset management practices.
Duties include the overall responsibility for the Asset Management Information System (AMIS) including leading the implementation, ongoing development, and adoption of the Asset Management Information System. The role is responsible for governance of asset data and enhancements of the Parks Victoria's AMIS.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Experienced in the administration of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (Maximo is preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics for decision making
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Experience managing customer service and service delivery teams is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work through complex problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.

The Facilities and Asset Management Directorate sits within the Infrastructure Division of Parks Victoria. The Directorate provides asset management and Facilities Management business leadership, built asset technical leadership, and manages accommodation, fleet and supply of minor plant and equipment and associated services.
