**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The purpose of the National Operations Support Manager role is to support the branch network in managing third party supplier contracts and relationships, maximising the use of the Recruitment Management System (FastTrack360) and managing compliance according to our recruitment processes and systems.
- Duties include:_
- Evaluating and renewing existing third-party supplier relationships to ensure products and services continue to meet business requirements
- Providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders regarding spend and usage of systems
- Coding third-party invoices to applicable business unit/branch
- Researching and negotiating with new suppliers and project managing the implementation of systems into the business
- Communicating new features or any changes to third party relationships and processes to ensure we are maximising third party products and services.
- Liaising with Marketing Team on marketing initiatives including managing activity and presence on social media platforms, marketing campaigns and marketing material/products

**Management and Maintenance of Recruitment Management System (FastTrack360)**:

- Communicating upgrades and/or changes to the system
- Provide training and support to the end users
- Submit and monitor enhancement suggestions and communicate to business
- Regular communication with the FastTack360 Account Manager

**Quality/ISO9001**
- Manage and regularly conduct internal/external audits
- Highlight and follow up on non-compliance

**Privacy**
- IPA representative on all privacy matters and requests for information

**Project Management**
- Manage projects as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated skills in Operations and/or Project management OR an experienced Recruiter ready for a new challenge
- Experience within a service-based industry, preferably within recruitment
- Proven experience in working across all stakeholder levels
- Sound negotiation skills and high standard written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical and computer skills, experience in Microsoft Office and_ ideally_ **FastTrack360** experience
- Ability to evaluate and improve processes
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with appropriate discretion
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, make decisions, and meet deadlines
- Detailed documentation maintenance to be of the highest standard
