We have lots of great stuff happening in our insurance business, over the last 12 months we have created several new senior leadership positions including a new EGM of Insurance, Head of Claims and Head of Strategy, Digital & Business Analytics and with their other colleagues in the Insurance Leadership Team, they are driving an agenda that will sharpen our strategic planning and execution, build and strengthen our digital strategy and get clearer on how we use analytics and business information to make better decisions.

**The Role**
As our new Program Manager - Business Initiatives you’ll be a senior member of the Planning & Operations team. You’ll oversee the delivery and execution of the Guild Insurance strategic and business imperative initiative program of work and lead the Insurance Business Initiatives Team in providing project management, business analysis and governance support across the Guild Insurance. Reporting to the Head of Planning and Operations you'll lead a team of some well-established and recently hired Project Managers and Business Analysis talent.

**Your main accountabilities include.**
- **Lead, develop, coach a guide your team including directing workflow and influencing and inspiring performance excellence.**:

- Participate, chair, or facilitate working groups or committees, internal and external, as required.
- Collaborate and seek input from specialist functions to maximise process improvement and business performance outcomes. **You’ll play a key part in the liaison between business initiatives and technology teams.**:

- Lead/oversee the implementation of the Guild Insurance strategic and business imperative program of work and establish and implement a tailored governance framework, structure and process.
- Report to the Governance Board on a frequent basis regarding programme health - scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks & issues, dependencies, and impact on business benefits
- Oversee the delivery of business requirements, process maps, communication and training content and undertake analysis of alternatives and recommendations based on the analysis undertaken.
- Oversee and ensure the identification of continuous improvement opportunities in line with the strategy.
- Support embedment of a disciplined approach to and execution of change management practises

**About You**
Naturally, you are a seasoned senior Project Manager or Program Manager with experience in delivering projects directly relating to the overall strategic success of the business. We’re looking for someone that has had responsibility for the delivery of projects that have some technology intervention and non-tech lead (business) projects and change. General insurance experience is strongly desirable however we are open to talent from other regulated financial services industries.
