The opportunity
Reporting to Director of Corporate Services, this role is responsible for the strategic oversight of business services including procurement, office management, vehicle fleet management and records management for the VGCCC. The role manages two teams of employees with responsibility for a range of administrative services, office management and records/document management within the VGCCC

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone with a high level of public sector procurement experience and expertise at a CPO level or equivalent with a broad range of skills in Business Services support including:

- Office management
- Fleet management
- Records management

Key responsibilities
- Manage the provision of office services and records management services to the organisation, through the provision of leadership, expert advice and guidance to managers and staff within the functional business areas to support the VGCCC
- With responsibility for the procurement framework and its associated management functions, including providing secretariat services for the internal procurement unit, provide leadership, strategic guidance, direction on procurement matters
- Provide high level liaison with building management and DTF Shared Services Provider as required for a range of matters, including building matters and compliance requirements, VGCCC's requirements and tenants' interactions
