**About the role**

The role of Head of Client Partnerships is responsible for the successful execution and implementation of Are Media commercial client campaigns that cover multiple touch points, including print, digital, social and experiential. This is a 12 month parental leave cover, with the view to start mid June 2023.

Leading and working alongside the Client Partnership Manager and the Implementation Executives, yourself and the team are accountable for the management and the delivery of all aspects of the campaign, with the driving force to exceed expectations, resulting in repeat business.

**Duties**
- **Agency/Client Implementation**
- Maintain successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with implementation team to identify their responsibilities relevant to each campaign and assist in successful execution of these tasks.
- Liaise with Account Managers and Brand implementation team to ensure all added value and advertising positioning requirements are met
- Work across post campaign analysis ensuring all objectives are met and learnings are gained
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both key client contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are on track, to budget and to the highest standard.
- Manage client relationships through the implementation process to deliver on desired outcomes
- Approach each client campaign individually to identify best operating rhythm to meet their objectives. Ie kick off, WIP, comms, reporting.
- Coordinate resources in various Are Media departments as required and filter and resolve all challenges that arise.
- Review and revise campaign post analysis collateral every quarter, to meet changing customer needs and expectations
- **Campaign Management**
- Create and manage campaign trackers and ensure all relevant stakeholders have access and work to the timeline
- Monitor progress of the campaign and delivery with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly with client/agency
- Ensure that implementation executive is maintaining a record of the campaign and is regularly updating documents for the client/agency.
- **Team Collaboration**
- Working with the wider sales teams ensuring collaborative approach to work - weekly WIPs with teams preferable
- Participate in team brainstorms and training
- Organise and lead client/agency WIP’s alongside relevant Are Media staff to work through campaign objectives.
- Organise meetings with internal staff to drive campaigns
- Deal with overflow from implementation executives as it arises to manage workflow
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Similar role
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Exceptional organisation & time management skills
- Strong enthusiasm for media & advertising
- Previous experience in campaign or project management preferable
- Able to diffuse conflict situations, take decisive actions & enable the best outcome for the Business whilst ensuring the client is happy
- Proactive & solutions focused approach to working with both internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to plan ahead as well as juggle competing demands to achieve deadlines
- Able to build effective customer relationships
