**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a Corporate Partnership Manager to join our corporate and international Health Insurance team. The Corporate Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for the management, development, and growth of existing and new corporate accounts.

This role will report to the Head of Corporate Partnerships and is based in our Sydney office when you are not meeting with partners, attending onsite activations, or working from home (We offer flexible working and have offices in the CBD)

**How will I help?**

As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for delivering annual revenue targets by establishing sustainable business to business partnerships with a portfolio of silver and gold clients. This role involves all aspects of account management, including working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement annual customer growth plans to deliver performance targets.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Delivering agreed performance targets including revenue/new to fund growth, client retention, gross margin, and customer / client experience
- Promoting Bupa as the preferred partner for overall employee health and wellbeing and champion a holistic health approach that meets client and customer needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet required client service level expectations and compliance with usage of CRM system
- Develop business plans to identify opportunities and growth plans to deliver portfolio performance targets
- Delivering customer solutions through investigation of issues and finding appropriate solutions
- Regularly review performance of client partnership, including opportunities, risks, and obstacles
- Maintaining a good understanding of Bupa’s products and services

**What do I need?**

This role would suit someone with proven experience managing B2B relationships with small to large businesses within the Private Health Insurance/Insurance industry. You are proficient in account management and business development, can prioritise and manage your time effectively, are a problem solver and can recognise and leverage future growth opportunities for Bupa.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Previous success in exceeding sales targets selling private health insurance, or similar B2B sales experience.
- Proven account management capability with B2B clients; work closely with strategic employees within client organisations to determine present and future needs
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity by making positive changes
- Experience in building effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to identify and lead commercial opportunities for the broader Bupa business
- Extensive knowledge of the key drivers for corporate organisations regarding health and benefits
- Strong insights to the corporate private health insurance sector
- Established network within the corporate market
