Position Summary
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, empathetic and professional nature.
- Highly structured and organised.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Full Australian driver’s licences (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly considered though not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and well under pressure.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers in rental process.
- Daily reports and general administrative duties at the branch level.
- Servicing customer needs and expectations.
- Communicate with customers both on phone and in person.
