**SPARE PARTS PRODUCT MANAGER**

**Our Client**
Our client are long-established market leaders in the provision of innovative products and services within synergistic business arenas, meeting the growing demand for value-based products, environmental sustainability, and renewable energy efficiency products. Growth opportunity exists for a Spare Parts Product Manager to work at its world-class manufacturing facilities located SE Victoria. This role will be supported by its large national sales and distribution team working together to become a ‘centre of excellence’ in specific technologies for our client’s corporation globally, engaging in significant R&D and product development activities on behalf of our clients’ subsidiaries across the world.

**The Deal**
Full-time position for a Spare Parts Product Manager interested in continuing and / or building a career in the rapidly expanding Hot Water Spare parts industry, Reporting to the Group Manager - Product Planning & Distribution.
- Responsible for Spare Parts processes for all products, local and imported
- Manage and coordinate the Spare Parts inventory planning activities to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner to 1st care contractors, dealers, and wholesalers
- Oversee the management of inventory and processes to ensure efficient stock management, transparency in reporting and effective interaction between departments
- Undertake ongoing regular forecasting analyst activities including diligent monitoring of variable sales, trends and changing market demand whilst maintaining a balanced approach to ensure sales opportunities are optimised; and unnecessary shipping, storage and handling costs are minimised
- Recommend positioning strategies for Product, Price, Place (Distribution), Promotion (Communication / Endorsement)
- Product specifications and development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion programs
- Develop brochures, flyer's, presentations, web content etc; including scoping new product/parts and alteration to existing products/parts
- Identify new ideas and generate new sales / marketing opportunities based on thorough internal market analysis
- Provide recommendations on alternative spare parts products
- Responsible for input to annual budget and marketing plan preparation
- Convey plans and concepts as it applies to spare parts to key stakeholders
- Scope new product/parts and alteration to existing products / parts
- Train staff and clients on selection and F & B of products

**Your Skills**
- Experience with Market assessment, product creation, costing, pricing, planning, purchasing, inventory management
- process orientated, managing components of many different products
- Substantial product management experience, preferably with products of a technical nature
- electric hot water, spare parts of heating, cooling & hot water products experience an advantage
- Tertiary qualifications across Engineering (preferably electric) disciplines and/or Marketing & Business
- An understanding of sales principles involving products with advanced technical features
- Commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An analytical focus with strong organizational skills
