**The Company**
Our client is an established Australian business in the retail and wholesale space who have a focus on import and distribution of luxury products with exceptional design. They have an impressive portfolio of brands and have been experiencing significant growth.

**The Role**
As the Spare Parts and Service Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to the National Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered in a timely fashion
- Processing of customer orders
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Reviewing backorders to ensure timely supply of goods
- Reviewing of stock levels and generation of purchase orders

**Skills & Experience**
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish internal and external relationships
- Reliability, accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Disciplined and accurate approach to data entry
- Established computer skills including Microsoft office - SAP experience highly regarded
- A great work ethic and a passion for exceeding customers' expectations
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Experience in spare parts would be advantageous but not essential
