**About the role**:
As the Operations Governance & Compliance Manager, your primary objective is to lead and manage the operational compliance, incident management, and complaints management of the internal and external governing framework.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with the management program, contributing to the fund's overall obligations.

Demonstrating ownership and an agile approach, you will strive for operational and service excellence within the business.

Key responsibilities include managing the incident management program, setting standards for external and internal services, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating across various business teams. Your role extends to ensuring the fund has the right governing infrastructure to cater for all compliance and regulatory management frameworks t operate the fund.

You will also be responsible for implementing operational processes aligned with APRA guidelines, ensuring project and program completion, and providing comprehensive reports to executive management. Additionally, as a change agent, you will drive business and cultural transformation programs, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and actively participate in new developments within the organization. **About you**:
We are looking for an individual with over 5 years of experience in Superannuation administration, equipped with a strong background in incident management. Your understanding of customers' needs is crucial for success in this role, coupled with a proven track record of effective production planning and scheduling. With a solid administrative knowledge base, you bring the expertise needed to navigate the complexities of insurance operations.
