At TAL, we're looking for a Strategic Governance Expert to join our team in strengthening and simplifying risk and governance across our Group Life & Retirement (GL&R) teams. This newly created role will support the Manager of Governance & Reporting and Head of Governance & Risk by developing operational frameworks that enhance our ways of working.

This role involves partnering with GL&R and enterprise stakeholders to establish governance processes, conduct desktop reviews, create reports, and improve operational efficiency. You'll also coordinate end-to-end partner reviews, ensure compliance, and manage internal incidents to drive excellence in our business processes.
