Clinical Governance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Governance Operations Manager to join our Bupa ADH Health Service Contract team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of clinical governance activities, including risk management, quality assurance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical governance requirements and promote a culture of quality, risk, and patient safety.
- Lead team governance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations.
- Develop and implement clinical governance procedures and policies, including the clinical governance plan.
- Coordinate enhancements to key governance systems, including Protecht and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Undertake and complete detailed analysis and reporting of data obtained from clinical governance activities.
- Ensure business alignment and adherence to industry standards and requirements within the Bupa clinical governance, risk management, and compliance framework.

Requirements- Health Professional or allied health practitioner with extensive experience in Clinical Governance, Quality, and Risk Management.
- Post Graduate qualifications or working towards, such as Quality Management, Health Administration, Clinical Governance, or similar.
- Demonstrated capacity to support and lead quality and compliance functions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and refine service delivery and clinical governance processes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement frameworks, drive outcomes, and deliver programs of work.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning/thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders.
- Experience implementing organisational-wide quality improvement initiatives and influencing teams in building a high-quality improvement culture.
