- Reception duties, including setting up meeting rooms;
- Setting up AV/video conferencing equipment;
- Organising catering;
- Invoicing;
- Restocking and maintaining staff kitchens; and
- Various other ad hoc administrative duties as requested.

To be successful in this position it is imperative that you hold previous experience working in office administration within a professional services environment or corporate hospitality experience. You will be polished with excellent communication and organisational skills and ideally have experience in using AV equipment and other technology.
