**Finance Administrator **- Opportunity with BGIS
Location**:Sydney CBD
**As a **Finance Administrator **, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Finance Lead and Account Manager to ensure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will help maintain compliance, enhance reporting accuracy, and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly journals, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments for the Trust account.
- Assist with annual audits and compile financial reporting packs for the Trust account..
- Maintain the Finance inbox, ensuring timely responses to vendor queries and accurate invoice management.
- Provide administrative support for accounts receivable, including updating AR templates and assisting in invoice creation.
- Collaborate on monthly financial and client reporting, yearly PPM reconciliation, and reactive billing files.
- Ensure full compliance with WHSE policies, contractual obligations, and BGIS business systems.Deliver accurate and timely reports to support finance and operational needs.
