NUTS & BOLTS:
- Reviewing monthly super figures from our payroll system
- Loading super files to our Super choice system, reviewing errors and submitted the file for payment monthly
- Obtaining Labour Hire Licenses from our clients, licenses are required for QLD, VIC and ACT, other states may introduce licensing but at this stage it is only these 3 states - this will be ensuring all new clients we obtain a license from (if required) and managing their expiry dates and contacting them for their new license annually
- Payroll tax chain of on hire reviews, ensuring we have all clients chain of on hire declarations for each state required and conducting a full annual review of wage figures payroll reports to financials in preparation for payroll tax audits.
This is a role we can offer full training for, ideally, we would be looking for someone with strong admin and time management skills, someone who has a keen interest in accounting and finance.
YOU'LL NEED:

- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner.
- Proficient in MS Office including sound knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience as an Administrator or customer service role preferred
- MUST be able to work permanently in Australia

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
