**About us**

Our client is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for an immediate start.

**Benefits**
- Monday to Friday
- $31.53per hour, paid weekly
- Day shift

**Duties include**:

- Managing customer enquiries
- Entering sales via CRM Program
- Provide back-up support for the Internal Sales and the Service Department, including but not limited to booking, scheduling, invoicing and payment processing as required
- Support the Accounts Receivable function and the Credit Control function in relation to the daily banking sheet completion including the use of correct payment methods and the completion of customer Credit Request Forms as required before submission to Accounts Receivable
- Ensure that all banking and courier requirements are completed in a timely manner ensuring that Company policies are being adhered to at all times

**To be successful**:

- Minimum 2 years Administrative experience
- High attention to detail and reliable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Own reliable transportation
