**YOUR ROLE**

Based at our Pinkenba QLD offices, we're seeking a confident and enthusiastic Receptionist to liaises with key clients and stakeholders within the Queensland area of operations.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Supporting finance team on Customer Accruals / expenses and Outstanding Purchase orders
- Support Operations and the wider business with procurement, PO preparation and GL coding of invoices (including Capex and IT project spend)
- Support Customer month end close, through supporting schedule preparation for journals and billing, and resolution of queries from the wider business
- Assist with external and internal customer compliance work including Revenue reconciliation between JDE and various operational systems & Collating and assisting in sample testing queries
- Fixed Asset and Capex reporting & conduct fixed asset rolling stocktakes

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and capable of learning / embracing new systems
- Good communication, customer service, time management and planning skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve / troubleshoot independently
- Flexible an adaptable style to meet competing demands
- Bonus: tertiary qualified and/or experience in transport sector
