**Position**:Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, Full-time, Permanent

**Job responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and manage reservations as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or relevant certifications required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Friendly manner, great energy and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work with mínimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm on-site availability

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 2 years (required)
- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
