We have an opportunity for an experienced **Receptionist and Administrative** **Assistant **to join our Head Office in **Pinkenba**. The successful applicant will have a friendly manner, great energy and a positive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and ensuring check in procedures are carried out, answering, and distributing incoming calls, distributing mail daily, filing, scanning and collation of documents, data entry, general admin, register management and other general ad-hoc duties upon request.

**To be successful you’ll have**:

- Demonstrated reception/administrative experience in an office environment
- Proficient MS Office and CRM skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and phone manner
- Punctuality and reliability
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Full-time 8-5 on-site availability
