**Responsibilities**:
**In this role you will**:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist the People and Capability manager with employee relations matters and provide support to employees as needed.
- Respond to a broad range of HR queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support and assist with day-to-day management and upkeep of our South Melbourne office environment (tasks may include assisting and supporting with catering, office inventory, meeting coordination and general office upkeep)

**About you**
- A qualification or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Some experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a creative or advertising agency environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks and meet set deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
