We are looking for an efficient, adept and detail-focused HR Administration Officer to support our Human Resources, and Commercial services team with a variety of administrative tasks that include:
- Producing the standard documentation associated with all parts of the Human Resource lifecycle (with the guidance of the Human Resource Business Partners)
- maintaining and organising the information that we need to report and monitor in all of the Commercial Services areas;
- producing the standard reports that we use to monitor the important activities of this team;
- assisting with information retrieval and review of documentation for compliance (with the guidance of the team you will be supporting).

**The Role**:
- Using your relationship skills to liaise with managers/ team leaders/ supervisors around the business, as well as your Commercial team members and external authorities to:
- Collate information necessary for Corporate information up to date, including corporate registers, contract registers, subcontract registers and corrective action registers (including follow up of information);
- Digitising hard copy files;
- Assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, annual performance reviews and separation paperwork;
- Conducting Police Checks and Medical Checks;
- Supporting implementation of Learning and Development
- Running of Employee Wellbeing events;
- Promoting the DCA values, culture and work ethic to achieve the company's and the business unit's vision and mission.
**About You**:
- Ideally you will have relevant industry experience in a professional office environment which works with confidential information.
- You can demonstrate any number of these qualities and competencies:
- Strong customer service focus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels;
- PC skills with experience with the MS Office suite of products;
- Experience in analysing and documenting operational processes would be advantageous;
- Analytical, conceptual and organisational skills with the ability to review and identify improvements to work practices and procedures;
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a group.
- Understanding of information privacy principles and the ability to work with confidential information
- Effective time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- You take pride in the quality of your work.
- Any tertiary studies commenced in the areas of business, business administration, HR, legal or support areas for those functions will be favourably viewed.
