**CoINVEST is an independent operator of a portable entitlements scheme that supports the construction industry in Victoria. Our mission is to empower our members by putting them at the centre of everything we do, and we operate a best practice model that administers the Long Service Leave Scheme.**

**As we transform, we're looking for proactive and member-centric consultants to join our membership services team to ensure**
**eligible construction workers receive their long service leave entitlements.** Using a relationship-based approach, you'll engage and educate members in compliance with legislative requirements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Service Investigations** Consultant: Effectively manage and resolve missing service requests.
- **Employer Obligations Consultant**: Educate members on payment obligations, settle long service leave charges, and ensure scheme compliance.
- **Registrations Consultant**: Ensure workers receive their rightful entitlements by partnering with employers for registration.
