Our vision is to be the best independent operator of a portable entitlements scheme supporting the long-term health and vitality of construction workers and the construction industry. We put members at the center of everything we do and operate a best practice model administering the Long Service Leave Scheme for the Construction Industry in Victoria.

proactive and service-centric consultants with the ability to build genuine relationships and a problem-solving mindset to join our Employer Obligations team as a
Compliance Resolution Consultant. You will have support and autonomy to manage your cases in a social impact organization driven by

The Role:
Utilize your experience in phone-based resolutions to provide engaging service and solutions to our members as part of our
Employer Obligations team

Educate employer members of their outstanding reporting and payment obligations in relation to portable worker entitlements within the construction industry via multiple mediums.

Manage and monitor payment compliance.
-
Deliver an excellent customer experience and
develop your negotiation and investigative skills.
- _This Full-time fixed term contracts ending June 2024 with likelihood to extend._
The
Employer Obligations team is dedicated to support employer member matters including
debt engagement and the production and follow up of notices to produce under Construction Industry Long Service Act and the support for successful prosecution activity.
You are collaborative, agile and outcome focused with
prior experience in customer service, collections, financial services, or dispute resolutions. You have the ability to guide our members to a fair resolution and communicate legislative compliance.
