Our vision is to be the best independent operator of a portable entitlements scheme supporting the long-term health and vitality of construction workers and the construction industry.

We put members at the center of everything we do and operate a best practice model administering the Long Service Leave Scheme for the Construction Industry in Victoria.
CoINVEST is engaged in an exciting period of growth and transformation, and we are looking for multiple

proactive and service-centric consultants with the ability to build genuine relationships and a problem-solving mindset

The roles are

Full-time, Fixed Term contracts ending June 2024 with likelihood to extend. We work

Hybrid with a mix of team days in the CoINVESTs

East Melbourne Office and remotely commencing

20th March 2023.

Member Response:first call resolution providing education and tailored solutions to members

Claims:manage the efficient resolution of claims as a trusted advisor to our members

Registrations:partner with businesses to ensure our members are receiving their benefits

Support:resolve administrative queries relating to adjustments, compliance, and entitlements
-
Service investigations:case management of missing member entitlements.

Compliance:partner with employers to educate them of their payment obligations and resolve outstanding LSL charges

You are collaborative, agile and outcome focused with

experience working in member centric, regulated, or administrative functions. You have the ability to communicate legislative policy and Passion to advocate for the member.

Competitive salary package includes base $68, % Super with potential for a 4.5% increase P.A + opportunity for paid overtime.
