**The Role**:
As a Member Consultant, your main duty is to
**connect** with all members and roll out the
**red carpet** providing a
**first-class** service with every interaction. This isn't your everyday high-volume customer service role as you will be dealing with complex enquiries meaning that strong case management skills are essential in this position.

This is a great position for
**experienced** customer service agents who have worked in the Superannuation, Insurance, Finance or Banking industry and is looking to join a large company with
