Our vision is to be the best independent operator of a portable entitlements scheme supporting the long-term health and vitality of construction workers and the construction industry. We put members at the center of everything we do and operate a best practice model administering the Long Service Leave Scheme for the Construction Industry in Victoria.
***We are going through an exciting transformation and looking for

proactive and experience-centric consultants to join our dedicated Employer Obligations team. The roles are Full-time, Fixed Term contracts ending June 2024 with opportunity to extend. We work Hybrid with three days in the CoINVESTs East Melbourne Office and WFH the other two. Our next consultant intake will be commencing training on 01 May 2023.

This role focus' on providing engaging service and solutions to our employer members as part of our

Employer Obligations team, which is dedicated to support employer member matters including debt engagement and the production and follow up of notices to produce under Construction Industry Long Service Act and the support for successful prosecution activity.

Responsibilities include:

Educate employer members of their outstanding reporting and payment obligations in relation to portable worker entitlements within the construction industry

Inform members of consequences for not meeting their obligations and
Manage Objections

Develop your negotiation and investigative skills
