As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in showcasing our high-quality and stylish furniture, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a seamless purchasing process. Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to delivering a showroom experience that complements the online-to-offline journey.

**What you'll be doing**
- Engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.
- Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers
- Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers' requirements (style of home décor desired, floor plan, etc.).
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction are met.
- Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving / issuing stocks, and monthly high accuracy stock take.
- Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor.

**What you'll need**
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.
- Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment in giving and receiving feedback - you feel there is always more to learn and are open to feedback on your performance.
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good work ethic
- Excellent team player.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
