**About you, skills and experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have proven hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of a small production team. You will also have experience with productivity, quality control, processes & procedures, warehousing, dispatch and WHS compliance. To be successful in this role, you will require a responsible sense of purpose and objectives to ensure;
- You will have demonstrated experience in:
- Leading and managing various inbound, warehouse and outbound teams, driving a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency whilst reducing costs of the current operations.
- Providing a high level of customer service, team engagement and aligning the teams - ensuring we meet KPI's/ targets.
- Leading and enhancing the safety culture across the warehouse, ensuring all safety legislation requirements are met.
- Managing freight courier and carrier arrangements.

Specifically, you are:
- Strong people leader who has a track record building, engaging, and managing blue-collar teams and demonstrated operational and cultural achievements
- Hands-on, supportive, and engaging leader
- Respond quickly to any service or people-related issues.
- High energy with initiative and drive
- Outstanding people skills, including a genuine interest in developing their people.
- Be team orientated, have a sense of purpose, respect safety and provide feedback to ensure staff performance
