Our client is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a wide range of companies. They are currently in need of a highly motivated Plant Operators with an excellent work ethic and a strong attitude towards health & safety.

**About the job**:
Plant Operation Machinery for all duties onsite.
Maintain a professional image and always deliver high quality customer service
Inform and assist drivers and/or members of the public of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials.
Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel, and other materials to compact general waste bins on transfer with company/contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations.

**Essential Licence**:
Excavator and Front-End Loader Licence & experience is essential.
Dozer, Compactor & Moxi experience advantageous but not necessary.
Own reliable Transport.
Experience in the waste industry or land fill preferred.
Good work ethic, understand the importance of turning up to work.
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
Mechanical aptitude

**On Offer**:
Pay rate of $38.21hr + penalties
8hr shifts + Overtime.
Day, Afternoon, Night shift available
Great Team environment
Stable and consistent work
