THE COMPANY has been established since 2007 in Australia and has offices around the world spreading solar systems all over Australia.

There is now an immediate need for an Operations Manager
- Solar / Renewables to join this fantastic team and progress their career.

THE ROLE:

- You will be responsible for ensuring quality and cost effectiveness of supply products and services to Australia.
- Extensive interaction with Logistics, product and sales managers.
- Review warranties as and when required.
- Analyse costs in the operational area.
- Help to define HR resource plan and liaise with HR in China.
- Carry out auditing as and when required.
- Review all operational invoices are accurate before submitting.
- Assist with expos, trade shows and seminars.
- Extensive use of software packages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ideally hold a Bachelor degree in business or related field.
- 5 years experience as an Operations Manager.
- Customer focused.
- Super organizational skills and an outstanding attention to detail.
- Clean drivers license.

YOU:

- Able to travel interstate and overseas as required.
- Fully vaccinated
- Fluent in English.
- Have an interest in renewable energy.

**Job Types**: Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- renewables: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
