**About the Businesses**

You will be supporting two growing businesses in Clayton, lead by the one business leader. We have Inject and Beyond HR, which both are focused on partnering with small to medium organisations to help build engaging and high performing teams. Inject is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing business, whose focus is on hiring the right people and Beyond HR provides the right infrastructure to enable those people to succeed. We also have a L&D business that is in development.

Both teams share the same values of pursuing growth and learning, using emotional intelligence and empathy every day and being transparent about how we communicate with each other and our clients. **About the Role**

The key accountabilities for this position include:

- Manage the implementation of training and innovation projects/programs on behalf of the Managing Director (e.g. public Leadership training program)
- Working with department leaders, manage the definition and documentation of processes and procedures across each business
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff around relevant topics within own skillset
- Manage the office and information technology requirements
- Track and manage business KPIs, improvement initiatives and timelines

We are looking for you to bring:

- Substantial experience working in a professional environment
- Customer service and administration experience
- Technologically proficient
- Drivers’ licence
- Experience in a Operations Management, Project Management or Process Management position will be an advantage - but not essential
