As the People operations leader, ANZ you will lead the ANZ People Operations team to provide professional HR support to the Operations business stakeholders in ANZ, you will also be the HR Partner to the ANZ Coatings Leadership Team (CLT) supporting and driving ONE PPG people initiatives in ANZ.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the operations leaders (manufacturing, supply chain, EHS and Procurement) to support drive business excellence;
- Implement and achieve global Operations HR strategies and goals.
- Drive continuous improvement for Operational Excellence and enhanced Customer Experience.
- Develop a highly engaged ANZ People Operations team;
- Ensure the ANZ People Operations team provide the required LR/ER handling to all business units and functions in ANZ and supports regional HRBPs to implement business important actions in ANZ.
- Be a trust-worthy HR Partner to the ANZ Coatings Leadership Team (CLT) to support drive ONE PPG country initiatives for profitable growth and talent development, capability building for growth, manager empowerment.
- Actively participate in regional / global Ops HR projects for self-development and contribution to AP Ops HR Big Bets and higher organizational goals.

**Qualifications**
- Degree holder
- 10+ years of general HR experience with 3+ years leading a team of >5 people.
- Strong business and continuous improvement mind-set
- High level of ability to collaborate and to engage with key stakeholders in ANZ and in the region / PPG global
- Strong team leadership (coaching, engaging, performance management, developing top talent and successions, drive for better productivity)
- data analytics and data driven decision-making.
- project management (project planning, use of PM tools such Project Charter)
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) mind-set driving continuous improvement.
