I am partnered with a Federal Government Agency, in the heart of Geelong to recruit an APS4 Administration Officer for a 12-month, full-time temporary assignment with the potential to extend.

**Your new role**

As the APS4 Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the team with administration tasks, to ensure policy, procedures, principles and practices are achieved.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Researching and responding to general enquiries and analysing documents and data.
- Coordinating and preparing meeting minutes and papers.
- Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases.
- Organising travel and finance reconciliation.
- Participating in project management work as directed, supporting the delivery of work priorities.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS4 Administration Officer, you will need:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong Leadership skills and demonstrate leadership experience
- Experience engaging with stakeholders
- IT proficiency, especially MS Office
- Previous Administration experience is desirable
- Government experience is desired
- Disability, health or aged care experience is desirable
- Working with Childrens Check or willing to obtain
- Australian Citizenship
