**ABOUT THE ROLE**
TSA is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic P&C Business Partner to join our team. As we continue to expand, we are committed to nurturing our people’s growth and development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders and employees, driving impactful P&C initiatives that foster engagement, challenge individuals, and cultivate a positive employee experience and forward-thinking culture.

As a P&C Business Partner, you will be responsible for our partnering with our NSW leadership team, providing strategic guidance and leveraging smart people practices to enhance performance and meet evolving expectations. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will build upon our existing foundations by further developing our L&D curriculum, remuneration framework, and policies, all aimed at retaining and engaging our exceptional talent.

Other key responsibilities:

- Drive people processes, including performance management, development, and annual reviews, to ensure alignment with current and future expectations.
- Implement and manage cyclical activities, such as performance management, remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, talent management to name a few, ensuring their seamless operation.
- Oversee and execute specific People & Culture projects outlined in the annual plan, such as rewards and recognition initiatives, competency frameworks, health and well-being initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, ESG initiatives, and training programs.
- Utilise data and insights to provide informed recommendations and influence business decisions.
- Offer expert advice and coaching on employee relations matters to managers and employees as needed.
- Anticipate employee needs and concerns, actively seeking feedback and implementing solutions to improve overall engagement.

**ABOUT YOU.**
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR roles, with a strong background in performance management, resourcing, reward systems, learning and development, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Relevant degree and qualifications showcasing expertise in leading-edge HR best practices.
- Familiarity or experience within the Professional Services industry/sector.
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and rewards is advantageous.
