**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage team schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Oversee stock management and inventory control.
- Conduct internal assessment of portfolios.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
