**The opportunity**:
We have a great opportunity for a Performance and Reward Administrator to join our People team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will play a critical role in providing assistance to the Performance and Reward Team, and guidance to various stakeholders on a range of Remuneration and Benefits policies, programs and practices.

To be successful in the role, you will be an excellent team player that can add value and support to the team and be genuinely interested in developing your career in Performance and Reward.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid working arrangements.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:

- Support the team to undertake job evaluations, including the administration and maintenance of the generic position description library
- Allocation of queries to the Reward Team via ServiceNow
- Support the development and implementation of new Remuneration & Benefits policies, practices and programs
- Administration duties in our HRIS (Workday) and Applicant Tracking System (Avature) including but not limited to inbox management, run regular reports and check, process ad-hoc changes in Workday (salary increases, corrections, etc) that have been reviewed and approved and escalating queries to the relevant Reward Analyst and Lead

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an administration role supporting a team
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Performance and Reward
- Previous experience in HR or payroll (highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and quality awareness
- Strong computer skills including excel, word and outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and handle multiple tasks
- Problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset
