Altitude is seeking an Administration and Marketing Assistant to support Marketing Managers in a global brand in the automotive parts/distribution industry.
This opportunity will suit people who are looking for an entry level role, with a Marketing Degree with excellent MS Office Skills including diary management.
**The Company/role**:
Based in Richmond, this role is with a global brand / market leader (within their niche area) of both manufacturing and distribution of their products. Reporting into the South APAC Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
**Responsibilities**:
- Diary Management for 2+ Marketing Managers
- Create marketing materials using IT tools
- Other ad-hoc administration
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing
- 3 -12 months work experience in an office setting (internship or other)
- Design experience using Photoshop/Canva or similar to create marketing materials and publications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
- Professional and courteous manner
- Ability to converse and build relationships with all cultures, and demographics
- Proficient in MS Excel (essential)
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
- English Speaker
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia, for at least the next 12 months
