**Role and Responsibilities**:
As our Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Administrative Support**: Assisting the marketing team with various administrative tasks such as creating and updating documents, reviewing automation data, and more.
- **Content Management**: Collaborating with the marketing team to update and manage content across different platforms, including the company website.
- **Data Analysis**: Assisting in collecting and analysing marketing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
- **Internal Communication**: Support the employee engagement group to develop content and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement.
- **Marketing Research**: Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices to support the marketing team's efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the marketing team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in your work.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- An understanding of basic graphic design principles is highly regarded.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools will be beneficial.
- A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn is a must.
