**The Company**
Greyhound Racing NSW have implemented a brand-new NFP scheme, the Greyhound Care Scheme (GCS) which is now a streamlined, professional and reliable model which will see those injured greyhounds go from the track, to triage, to surgery, to a new home.

**The Role**
As the Greyhound Care Scheme Coordinator/Administrator, you have the responsibility of implementing the policy and procedures of the Greyhound Care Scheme (GCS). Your duties may include but not be limited to:

- Handling the scheme from start to finish
- Essential, communication with external and internal parties
- Day-to-day administrative tasks, record keeping, data entry, and weekly reporting
- Processing outstanding invoice payments
- Ensure the entire GCS financial rebate cycle is administered via Salesforce
- **Full-time permanent position**:

- **Location**: Martin Place, Sydney CBD 2000 (WFH 2 days available)
- **Hours**: Monday-Friday, 38hr week with hours between 7am-7pm
- **Salary**: Up to $80,000 + superannuation
