Multiple agencies seeking APS4/5 Ministerial/Parliamentary Officers across Canberra

**Your new company**

These Federal Government Agencies play an important role in managing ministerial/parliamentary workflows and providing advice on processes.

**Your new role**

In your new position you will provide effective and responsive support on ministerial and parliamentary processes. You will be brought in on a temporary contract anywhere between 6 - 9 months with view for extension. This position requires a highly motivated and proficient individual who can work under general direction and be responsible for quality checking of briefings, correspondence of notices and coordinate referrals from stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities are:

- Manage workflow and correspondence of ministerial briefings
- Monitor and action request received in inboxes using PDMS systems
- Quality check briefings
- Provided helpdesk support on systems and processes
- Register correspondences in PDMS
- Action referrals
- Assist in the coordination and processes of work
- Provided PDMS support and training
- Providing Administration support when required

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role within the Australian Public Service will lead to your success, as well as the below key skills;
- PDMS knowledge and experience (or willingness to learn)
- High attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments and work demand

You must be an Australian Citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a baseline personnel security clearance.
