**OPPORTUNITY |Client Service Manager**

As a Client Service Manager, you will work closely with our financial advisers to deliver a high level of service to our clients that meets and exceeds their expectations and results in stronger client relationships.

**Your role will include**:

- Being the first point of contact for existing and new client queries.
- Organising and preparing for client appointments and following through on client inquiries.
- Liaising with fund managers and other suppliers to resolve client queries.
- Working with Advisers to implement financial strategies.
- Maintaining compliance standards for new and existing clients.
- Preparation of correspondence and reports.
- Finalise documents for client meetings.
- Diary management and administration support for Advisers across three locations.
- Other administration duties as required.

**What you bring to the role**:

- 6 - 12 months experience in a similar role within a professional services firm.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience with investment platform administration and insurance implementation (Highly regarded).
- Dedication to ensuring a high standard of service to our clients.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Well-developed time management, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team orientated environment and operate independently with limited supervision.
- Dedication to ensuring a high standard of service to our clients.
